Wii Fit Strength Training challenges

There are some Strength Training challenges in Wii Fit that are waiting to be unlocked by the tough guys. It is not easy to unlock them but once you succeeded, you can earn more Fit Piggy time - the better you are in the muscle workout challenges, the more time you are getting for the completion. Here is what you need to do to unlock all Wii Fit muscle workout challenges:

  • Jackknife challenge: Get a “Four Star” rank in the 10 Second Workout and 20 Second Workout.
  • Parallel Stretch challenge: Get a “Four Star” rank in the 30 Second Workout and 60 Second Workout.
  • Pressup challenge: Get a “Four Star” rank in the 6 Reps and 10 Reps.

Wii Fit - unlock all Strength Training games

These games really helps you to lose weight, burn fat and even building up your muscles. It might be a bit hard at the beginning but will get better as you proceed and keep on with daily trainings. Some strength training games are unlocked after you have accumulated some Fit Piggy points, other (more advanced versions of the basic excercises) are unlocked after you’ve successfully mastered the basic game for a few times. Here is the list of how to unlock all Wii Fit muscle workout games:

Single Leg Extension 6 reps

Unlocked after: At the beginning
Awarded minutes: 2

Single Leg Extension 10 reps

Unlocked after: Play Single Leg Extension 6 reps 2-3 times.
Awarded minutes: 2

Single Leg Extension 20 reps

Unlocked after: Play Single Leg Extension 6 reps 5-6 times.
Awarded minutes: 3

Press-up & Side Stand 6 reps

Unlocked after: At the beginning
Awarded minutes: 2

Press-up & Side Stand 10 reps

Unlocked after: Play Press-up & Side Stand 6 reps 2-3 times.
Awarded minutes: 2

Press-up & Side Stand 20 reps
